Sonic 4.1: Eggman’s checkered ball [Update]

Posted by George in News on 23 Feb 2010 12:58 | Tags: , , ,

[EDIT: SEGA has asked us to remove the picture in question. You can read the rest of the story about the photo below]

This screen was posted via our forums by our residential troll. I was not going to post it up at first, but the screen does look real. Thoughts?

[Update] It is real, according to Tweaker from Sonic Retro, the image was posted in a IRC room and not suppose to be shown to the public. Of course, Kogen then decided to post that image on our forums, thus creating this post. [/Update]

Bet underwhelmed by this being real, well only if it’s an end level boss.
I really don’t want sonic 4: remade sonic 1 edition in HD, episode 1

  2. Uhg….why are they reusing bosses?

There’s too much reused content already. It doesn’t feel like Sonic 4, it feels like Sonic 1 HD.

  3. That didn’t stay up very long. >_< Can anybody pm me with the image?

They know they cannot do anything right, so they are just emulating everything the best they can in an attempt to make it seem good.

    “OMG THEY REUSED BOSS”

It seems refreshing that they brought one boss back. You look at yourself “good times” and pop in Sonic 1.

    lol@Sega

Well, the request to remove it pretty much answers if it was real or not…
