More Chemical Plant Zone Screens Emerge from the Purple Water

Thanks to gaming site andriasang we have some more Chemical Plant zone screens, showing off exciting new portions of both classic and modern acts. The screens show off both classic and modern Sonic running about underwater, modern Sonic grabbing onto a hook and taking a ride through a large water pipe, classic Sonic avoiding the badnik Grabber and riding through the iconic Chemical Plant transport tubes. Looks like the fan-favorite zone will be filled with a number of gimmicks, looks like fun! Check out more screens after the break.

I'm really excited to see both classic and modern Sonic able to play underwater. Hopefully that infinite jump from Colors is done away with though. It made underwater portions far too easy.

    beautifully done : )

I wish Shadow the Hedgehog looked this good….a good thing about that game was Circus Park, a cynical twist on a Casino stage, there should have been more than that. Why was there no griity Green Hill?

God, I hate it when they go and take something old and familiar and make it look so much better than the original. Sonic Team needs to hire some amateurs, that way everything will look as flat and unlit as it did before, with a much limited color palette that isn't actually restricted by the technology running it.

      lol who's trolling?!

      bad art?! i mean seriously?!
sonic generations art design shit on most of the games i saw the last couple of years….and this is FACT.
      you kid yourself here.

Absolutely loving the visuals. Chemical Plant was not one of my favorite stages from Sonic 2, but I have a feeling I'm going to have a blast playing it in Sonic Generations!

I definately like the art style of the game, I am guessing the routes you can take will be innovative too.
